COURSE MAP & EVENT INFO
The life-changing S.A.V.E. Detroit 5K Run/Walk will take part at the stunning Belle Isle Park like you've never seen it before! This race will give runners a unique opportunity to traverse through nature's beauty as they make their way through Paddock & Cricket Field trails.
The S.A.V.E Detroit Belle Isle 5K run/walk will start at the Casino Way. Runners and walkers will head south on the trail onto Sunset Drive, then head north on the trail on The Strand, crossing back over at Vista Drive. Participants will continue south on Loiter Way, ending at the beautiful Fountain Circle. and finishing on Loiter Way.

TERRAIN
Virtually the entire course is on the exquisitely paved and fenced. There are no traffic crossings to contend with. The course is mainly flat.
DISTANCE
The 5K loop distance comes in just over 5K at 5.1 kilometers or 3.17 miles.
WATER STATION
About halfway through the course will be a water station where you can get water to help you hydrate and give you a boost to finish the second half of the course strong!
